Samsung Galaxy M40 announced: Infinity-O display, three cameras, and India-only (Latest version)

Earlier today, Samsung has finished wrapping the latest entry into its millennium-focused Galaxy M series. The Samsung Galaxy M40 is the international version of the Galaxy A60, announced in April.

The Galaxy M40 features a 6.3-inch Infinity-O punch hole display with a Full HD + resolution (2,340 x 1,080). The hole accommodates a 16MP camera with f / 2.0 aperture. The rear fingerprint sensor is connected by a three-camera system, consisting of a 32MP primary sensor, a 5MP portrait sensor, and an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor.

The phone exits a headphone touch, but Samsung includes a free pair USB C earbuds. It also leaves an earplug, with Samsung instead of using what it calls Screen Sound Technology to turn the screen into a speaker.

Elsewhere, the Galaxy M40 features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor, 6GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage, and a 3.5W mAh battery that supports 15W fast loading. The phone runs Samsung's An UI software left Android 9 Piece.

India residents will be able to pick up the Galaxy M40 in Midnight Blue or Seawater Blue. The phone will start June 18 on Amazon, Flipkart and Pricebaba, with prices starting from 19,990 rupees (~ $ 288). We will provide purchase links as soon as the phone starts.
