Update, May 30, 2019 (3:28 ET): Xiaomi has now confirmed his name Mi 9 variant, revealing that it will be called the Xiaomi Mi 9T. And it's not the first time we've heard this name in recent days.

If the Mi 9T is indeed a Redmi K20 Pro with a new name and a few tweaks, you'll need a lot of clamp for your money. The new phone offers a Snapdragon 855 chipset, a pop-up selfie camera, a 4000mAh battery and a triple back room camera.

Original article, May 29, 2019 (5:42 ET): Xiaomi's first phones with a pop-up selfie camera, the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro, was announced yesterday. But the company has spotted another device with a pop-up shooter.

Xiaomi posted a & # 39; photo on Twitter, with & # 39; a phone without a notch and the "#PopUpInStyle." The message also confirmed that it was " Mi 9 variant, and can be either the Mi 9K, Mi 9I, or Mi 9T.

It is unclear whether it will literally be the Mi 9 with a pop-up selfie camera or if it is more like a Redmi K20 serial Mi 9 design. The Xiaomi Mi 9 Design differs from the Redmi K20 series by moving the rear camera housing to the side of the device, while also offering a different gradient color scheme.

The Mi 9 also offers some advantages over the Redmi K20 series, such as wireless charging, and high resolution tele and ultrawye cameras. However, the K20 phones offer a much larger battery (4000mAh versus 3,300mAh), 256GB storage option and a 3.5mm port.
